The Governmental Affairs Committee consists of members who have a strong interest in advocacy on local, county, state, and federal issues affecting businesses in Dunedin. They are asked from time to time to attend various government meetings to advocate on behalf of the Chamber.

Committee members have input on the annual Chamber Legislative Agenda, they create & oversee the Community Candidate Forum during election years, they discuss plan speaker series including government staff & elected officials, and work with the city on various community events such as the annual Hurricane Expo.

Meets Monthly on the 4th Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Room.
